We are now seeking a new facilities supervisor for the facilities management operations at Oskarshamn Hospital. As a supervisor for facilities management, you will be responsible for and plan the daily operational work of other facilities staff, which also includes staffing during short-term absences. Coordination with your manager occurs when staffing for longer employee absences. You are well versed in current hygiene and safety regulations and ensure that these are followed by staff members. You are also responsible for ensuring that maintenance and cleaning routines are followed and that equipment orders are placed.
About You
The work requires good collaboration with colleagues, other professions, and external contacts with expectations, demands, and needs. It is important to meet customers and communicate in a knowledgeable, educational, factual, and friendly manner at all times. It is important to be responsive and foster good dialogue.
You identify and manage expectations, requirements, and wishes from customers and employees. The person we are seeking is solution-focused, educational, methodical, and creative. Furthermore, it is important that you contribute to good team spirit in the work group. As a supervisor, you are also expected to work as a facilities staff member and perform internal quality inspections.
Several years of experience working in facilities management and experience in a supervisory position are merit factors. It is also advantageous if you have experience with change management and are familiar with current regulations and laws. You must have a three-year upper secondary education or work-life experience that the employer deems equivalent. The person we are seeking must have at least validation according to the OCN method and have received certification SRY Bas Level 3.
A Class B driver's license is a requirement.
