The company aims to strengthen and develop housing for all people in Kiruna Municipality. Kirunabostäder owns 2,182 apartments and 42,500 square meters of facilities, and manages over 212,000 square meters of municipal properties. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a work leader, you support the facilities management unit manager in planning daily work for a team of approximately 50 facilities workers. You assist with scheduling, arrange temporary staff as needed, and ensure that ongoing operations run smoothly. You participate in recruitment, monitoring our assignments, and professional and skills development. You also contribute your knowledge of facilities management, for example with new assignments and new construction projects. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who values order and organization and who believes that a clean and well-maintained result is important. You are a reassuring and considerate leader who can support, encourage, and guide your colleagues in daily work. You are driven, work in a structured manner, and find it easy to maintain focus on quality and goals. You can take initiative, suggest improvements, and develop routines when needed. Since you will have frequent contact with both customers and colleagues, you need to be good at communicating, both verbally and in writing. You are also comfortable working with various digital systems such as Microsoft 365. We would like to see that you have experience from facilities management and from leading cleaning operations. If you have a vocational certificate from SRY (Service Industry Vocational Board), that is a plus. You are someone who easily adapts to change and enjoys working together with others.
