This primarily includes ski equipment, but also accessories for guest lodging. The department is part of the ski rental operation. About the Role In the department, you work in a large team where you are the closest contact for employees. An important part of your role is to motivate, engage, and provide feedback to your colleagues. In your role, you ensure that the guest's experience with us always meets our goals regarding routines, workflows, efficiency, and service. Requirements Comfortable with both English and Swedish B driver's license Access to a car Merits Leadership experience Computer skills Knowledge of Excel & Word Experience in ski rental Apply This is a seasonal position from December to April and the position is covered by HRF's collective agreement. Branäs works with Ljung & Sjöberg to prevent alcohol, drug, and gambling issues and is a certified Proactive workplace in this regard.
