About the Department At Branäs, we have two food stores located at Branäs Dal and Branäs Berg. In our stores, guests can find everything they need for a successful vacation. About the Role In this department, you work in a team where you are the primary point of contact for employees. An important part of your role is to motivate, engage, and provide feedback to your colleagues. In your role, you ensure that the guest's interaction with us always meets our goals regarding procedures, workflows, efficiency, and service. Requirements Comfortable with both English and Swedish Category B driver's license Access to a car Meritorious Leadership experience Service industry experience Food purchasing Cashier experience Application This is a seasonal position from December to April and falls under the HRF collective agreement. Branäs works with Ljung & Sjöberg to prevent alcohol, drug, and gambling issues and is a certified Proactive workplace in this regard.
