Your Tasks
The Kungsberget Hosts and Ski Patrol consist of two important functions in the ski area that together are responsible for keeping the facility safe, well-maintained, and providing our guests with a fantastic experience. The Kungsberget Hosts work with, among other things, maintaining our grilling areas in top condition, maintaining attractions in the ski area, keeping the facility clean and neat, and helping our guests.
The Ski Patrol is responsible for safety in the ski area through preventive safety work, slope inspections, and care of injured guests. As a supervisor, you are responsible for and work in daily operations and ensure that the departments function according to set goals, applicable procedures, workflows, efficiency, and service.
Selection of Work Tasks
Planning and work with scheduling based on budget.
Plan and conduct training and provide information about procedures and work methods in the department, as well as in other departments affected by operations.
Manage orders within set budget frames.
Supervise the Kungsberget Hosts and Ski Patrol and be part of the daily work in the ski area.

Requirements
You are comfortable with both English and Swedish.
B driver's license and a car.

This is a seasonal employment from October to April and the position is covered by HRF's collective agreement. Kungsberget works with Ljung & Sjöberg to prevent alcohol, drug, and gambling problems and is a certified Proactive workplace against this.
