We welcome your application! About the Role As a customer service supervisor, you are responsible for leading, supporting, and developing the team's daily work. You are present in everyday operations, see where the team stands, and have the ability to identify both challenges and development opportunities. An important part of the assignment is to create clear routines, improve work processes, and contribute to a more structured and sustainable work situation. You work closely with customer service employees and simultaneously have an important collaborative role with other functions and departments in the company. By building relationships, creating understanding, and contributing to good collaboration, you help customer service become an even stronger part of the whole. The role also includes responsibility for the switchboard and Telia Touchpoint, which means you ensure that work methods, functionality, and usage support the company's needs and customer expectations. Examples of Areas of Responsibility: - lead and distribute daily work within customer service - support, coach, and be available for team members - develop routines, work methods, and processes - contribute to good collaboration between customer service and other departments - monitor delivery, quality, and customer service assignments - identify needs and strengthen areas where necessary - manage the switchboard and Telia Touchpoint - participate in business development and internal improvement projects Work Location: Sveg or Hackås About You We are looking for someone who is confident, clear, and unpretentious in your leadership. You remain calm and composed even in pressured situations and have the ability to create stability, focus, and direction in everyday operations. You see both people and tasks, and understand the importance of customer service delivering professionally to both internal and external customers. You are a natural leader who finds it easy to build relationships and establish trust. You are present, available, and responsive, while at the same time being able to make decisions, prioritize, and move work forward. You have a good ability to see the big picture, understand the company's needs, and translate them into practical work methods. We also believe you have humor and a twinkle in your eye—an ability to handle everyday situations with both professionalism and humanity. Requirements for the Position: - experience with customer service work - experience as a supervisor, team leader, or in a similar leadership role - good knowledge of Microsoft 365 - experience working with or in case management systems - excellent communication skills in both speech and writing - experience with business development, improvement work, or internal projects - Class B driver's license (manual) It is a merit if you have: - experience from operations with maintenance, such as property, water and sewage, waste, or similar - worked with EDP, Customer First, or Telia Touchpoint.
