Welcome with your application! About the role As a customer service team leader, you are responsible for leading, supporting, and developing the team's daily work. You are present in everyday situations, see where the team stands, and have the ability to identify both challenges and opportunities for development. An important part of the assignment is to create clear routines, improve work processes, and contribute to a more structured and sustainable work situation. You work closely with customer service employees and at the same time have an important collaborative role toward other functions and departments in the company. By building relationships, creating understanding, and contributing to good collaborations, you help customer service become an even stronger part of the whole. The role also includes responsibility for the switchboard and Telia Touchpoint, which means you ensure that working methods, functionality, and usage support the business needs and customer expectations. Examples of areas of responsibility: - lead and distribute daily work within customer service - support, coach, and be available for team members - develop routines, working methods, and processes - contribute to good collaboration between customer service and other departments - follow up on delivery, quality, and customer service assignments - identify needs and strengthen where needed - be responsible for the switchboard and Telia Touchpoint - participate in business development and internal improvement projects Work location: Sveg or Hackås About you We are looking for someone who is confident, clear, and unpretentious in your leadership. You see both people and tasks, and understand the importance of customer service delivering professionally to both internal and external customers. You are a natural leader who has an easy way of creating relationships and building trust. You are present, available, and attentive, while at the same time you can make decisions, prioritize, and drive the work forward. You have a good ability to see the big picture, understand the business needs, and translate them into practical working methods. We also believe that you have humor and a twinkle in your eye - an ability to handle everyday situations with both professionalism and humanity. Requirements for the position: - experience from customer service work - experience as a team leader, team leader, or in a similar leadership role - good knowledge of Microsoft 365 - experience working with or in case management systems - very good communication skills in both speaking and writing - experience with business development, improvement work, or internal projects - B driver's license (manual) It is an advantage if you have: - experience from operations with operations, for example real estate, water and sanitation, waste, or similar - worked with EDP, Customer First, or Telia Touchpoint.
