About the Position
As a Work Supervisor for Contact Line Systems at NRC Group, you'll have a key role in an engaged team. You'll lead contact line projects from start to finish, which includes everything from planning and implementation to follow-up. Together with the site manager, you'll drive the projects forward using the company's established processes and methods. The role also includes personnel and work environment responsibility, where you create engagement and motivate your team members. You'll have the opportunity to participate in the bidding stage and then lead the projects you've helped calculate. When needed, you'll also provide technical support out in the field.
Your role includes, among other things:
Plan and take responsibility for daily production
Ongoing customer contact and financial responsibility for your part of production
Personnel responsibility for technicians in the team
Motivate and guide the team in carrying out the work
Ensure that work is performed in accordance with applicable requirements and obligations
Work with work preparations where risk assessments, resource planning, booking of internal resources and equipment, and procurement of external services are examples
Deviation management, implementation of corrective measures, and suggestions for improvement measures
Travel is a natural part of the position, and on-call duty may occur. You'll usually work from home but will work on projects throughout Sweden and report to the Technical Project Manager.
Is This You?
To succeed in the role, we see that you have a upper secondary education in electrical work, or equivalent knowledge acquired through work experience. You should also have experience with contact line systems. You must have experience leading groups (no requirement for personnel responsibility), good IT skills, and financial awareness. It's a merit if you have experience with project estimation.

You need to be able to communicate well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, and a class B driver's license is required.
