In this role, you will be an important part of the operation where you are responsible for driving projects forward, ensuring that work flows smoothly on site, and supporting the teams in daily operations. The role involves great variety, where no two days are the same, and where you work closely with both colleagues, customers, and production. About the Position As a foreman at Alucrom, you work operatively in the field and are responsible for ensuring that projects and contracts are completed according to plan, schedule, and budget. The role involves a major focus on practical execution, planning, and coordination on worksites rather than administrative office work. You will work closely with different teams depending on the scope of the projects. In some projects, you work independently, and in others, together with larger work groups. You are responsible for ensuring that work maintains high quality, that safety routines are followed, and that operations function efficiently on site. Work takes place primarily on contract projects and various worksites, which means travel is part of the job. A company car is included, and the role suits you if you thrive in an active and varied workday where you are close to production and operations. Who Are You? We are looking for someone with several years of experience in blasting, industrial painting, or surface treatment and who has either worked as a foreman before or is ready to take the next step in your career. You are someone who likes taking responsibility, making independent decisions, and at the same time working closely with the team in the field. You are driven, solution-oriented, and find it easy to collaborate with people from different cultures and backgrounds. The role requires that you are flexible, unpretentious, and thrive in a tough and practical work environment where the pace can at times be high. Requirements: At least 5 years of experience in blasting, surface treatment, or industrial painting Experience from contract operations Driver's license category B Good knowledge of Swedish or English Good physical health and ability to undergo fitness certificate/medical examination Merits: Experience in foreman duties within industry Forklift certificate, preferably counterbalance forklift Surface and corrosion protection painter (formerly Diploma Painter training) Experience working at heights or on scaffolding Good computer skills and experience with digital tools What Makes the Role Attractive?
