About the Role As a work supervisor, you are responsible for planning, leading, and following up on daily work within green space maintenance and landscape construction. The role involves responsibility for personnel, quality, working environment, customer contacts, and ensuring that work is performed according to agreements, schedules, and budgets. Key Responsibilities: Plan and allocate daily work assignments Lead and support employees in practical work Ensure that maintenance and construction work is performed according to agreements and quality requirements Manage procurement and contact with contractors Contribute to the development of new work methods and solutions Qualifications: Experience in green space maintenance Strong knowledge of plants, ground work, and maintenance methods Experience in personnel management Strong Swedish language skills, both written and verbal Driver's license (Category B) Personal Qualities: We are looking for someone who is organized, communicative, and has excellent collaboration skills. You have a natural ability to engage others, take own initiative, and are driven to deliver results.
