Your Responsibilities As a site supervisor, you'll lead and plan the operational and administrative aspects of ground work projects. Part of your time you'll be out in the field, responsible for overall project planning and personnel. The role requires significant responsibility and you'll work independently in contact with customers, design engineers and your own staff. You'll be involved from the project start with tasks such as estimates/quotes, documentation, contract management, procurement, and then you'll follow the project operationally and administratively regarding delivery, personnel planning, schedule, project economics/budget and quality. You'll be responsible for projects in and around Kristianstad and surrounding areas, which you'll travel to from the office using your company car. Your Background/Qualities You have a background in contracting/construction with several years of experience as a site supervisor or project manager where you've been responsible for project economics. You're experienced in independently managing projects, personnel and profitability tracking. It's advantageous if you have education in construction and civil engineering, but not required. Valid training in Bas-P, Bas-U is especially meriting, as well as certifications for road work and traffic control supervisor. Good knowledge of Mark-AMA, ABT 06 and AB 04 is advantageous. You're a skilled user of Office packages and possibly also spreadsheet programs and some form of business management system. You speak fluent Swedish and have a category B driving license. We place great importance on your personal qualities! As a person, you're used to managing multiple projects in parallel where you easily create structure, are results-oriented and solution-focused. You're open to changes both during the day and in your work methods. You care about your colleagues and see them as an asset in our operations while also being able to set expectations.
