Shift Supervisor needed for manufacturing operations in Perstorp!
TopWork is now seeking an experienced and confident shift supervisor for a manufacturing operation in Perstorp. In this important role, you will lead and support employees in daily production, create structure, and ensure work flows according to plan.

Key Responsibilities
As a shift supervisor, you will be responsible for planning and allocating daily work, monitoring production, and supporting employees in their tasks. You serve as a link between production and the wider organization and contribute to ensuring work is conducted efficiently and in a structured manner.
The role also involves monitoring work progress, handling deviations, and ensuring that procedures and work methods are followed.
Work Hours
Weekdays 05:45–14:45.
What We're Looking For
At least 3 years of experience in supervisory positions, preferably in process manufacturing or machine shop manufacturing.
Calm, confident, and stable, but also clear and decisive in your leadership style.
Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written.
Good computer skills and familiarity with Excel.
Comfortable taking responsibility and working in a structured manner in a production environment.
