We are looking for an experienced and engaged person who wants to combine leadership with practical work. The role involves leading our projects and our team while also participating in the daily work on site. Responsibilities Lead and plan daily operations at the construction site. Work practically with assembly, prefab, concrete, and steel. Ensure that work is performed according to drawings, schedule, and quality requirements. Maintain contact with clients and site management. Take responsibility for materials, planning, and work environment. We are looking for someone who Has experience in construction, assembly, or prefab. Has experience leading personnel. Is responsible and solution-oriented. Holds a B-class driver's license (required). Has good knowledge of Swedish and English.
