About the position Nordic Concrete AB is growing and continuing its journey to become one of the leading concrete companies in the Nordic region. For their operations in Norrbotten, they are now seeking an experienced and engaged crew leader who wants to take responsibility for daily production on site. In this role, you will lead and coordinate work in concrete projects and ensure that production is carried out according to schedule, drawings, specifications, quality requirements, and applicable regulations. You play an important role in collaboration between work teams, project management, site management, subcontractors, and other functions. This is a role for you who thrives close to production, has good technical understanding, and is confident in leading others. Main responsibilities As a crew leader, you will, among other things: - lead, plan, and organize daily production on the construction site - assign work tasks and follow up on the work team's progress and quality - ensure that work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and applicable regulations - participate in work planning meetings, lifting plans, and risk assessments together with HSE/health and safety coordinators - monitor material deliveries, equipment, and orders to create efficient production - have daily dialogue with project managers, site managers, work teams, and when needed subcontractors - contribute to a safe working environment and ensure that HSE procedures are followed on site - document work processes, deviations, and report according to company procedures Your profile We are looking for someone with solid experience from concrete work and who is confident in the role of crew leader. You are used to creating structure in production, prioritizing correctly, and driving work forward together with others. To be relevant for this position, you need to have: - experience with concrete work, formwork, and reinforcement - at least 2 years of documented experience as a crew leader - good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written - class B driver's license It is an advantage if you have: - Concrete class 1 or 2 certification - experience from larger or technically demanding concrete projects - experience working with HSE, work planning, risk assessments, and lifting plans Personal qualities We believe that to succeed in this role, you are structured, self-motivated, and solution-oriented. You have the ability to plan, prioritize, and maintain overview even when several things happen at the same time. You are a clear and trustworthy communicator who can collaborate with different professions on the construction site. You have a strong focus on safety, are engaged in the quality of completed work, and contribute to good teamwork.
