MEMUHEM AB provides cleaning services for private homes and offices. We started in March 2020, but have approximately 15 years of industry experience from before. We are seeking a driven work site supervisor/manager who wants to take the operation to the next level. If you want to work in a service-intensive industry where customers and staff are central, with significant personal responsibility, then this might be the position for you. Your duties include planning daily work, communicating with staff and existing customers, client visits, preparing quotes, follow-up, scheduling, onboarding new employees, administration, and much more. A suitable background could be having worked several years in the industry and wanting to take the next step and ready to take on greater responsibility, or you work in a completely different industry but have a background that could fit. It is important that you can work independently and drive processes forward. You will have support from an accessible owner. Furthermore, you enjoy working toward defined goals, planning your work, and making your own decisions, but also have good communication skills and are not afraid to take action when needed. The position is initially approximately 70%, but may expand over time. Please indicate your salary expectations.
