In your role as site manager at Treano Bygg, you'll have a central position in our construction projects within the Helsingborg division. You'll work closely with production management and help create structure, clarity, and momentum in projects – from planning to final delivery. You're responsible for ensuring that projects are executed with the right quality, on budget, and on schedule, working in close collaboration with the project manager, team members, subcontractors, and clients, driving daily operations forward and ensuring safe and efficient production.
In your role as site manager, you will:
Join the production team for the Helsingborg business area
Take responsibility for quality, finances, planning, and personnel in projects
Be a key person in project implementation
Lead daily operations
We're looking for you:
With at least 3 years of experience in production management within construction
With relevant post-secondary education
With solid knowledge of production, planning, and site management
With experience in creating and developing professional client relationships
