The Work Supervisor Role As a work supervisor, you lead a group of employees in sheltered employment who work on customer assignments. In close collaboration with Area Managers, you support our employees in discovering and developing their skills to eventually leave Samhall for another employer. You do this best by getting to know your employees and working closely with them in daily operations. In your daily work, you ensure that everything functions as it should to create the best possible conditions for our employees to develop while ensuring our customers are satisfied. You report to the Operations Manager. What do we offer you? Here you develop as a leader regardless of previous experience and also build specific knowledge in several areas, including leading people with disabilities. Here you have a national network while locally being part of a district where you have your closest colleagues and report to the operations manager. You also collaborate with various support functions locally and centrally. Samhall is in important and exciting development where your perspectives are valued. As a work supervisor, you are operational, present, and see what needs to be done. Your experience in and comfort with an operation characterized by high pace and with people at the center is a requirement. To succeed in the role, you need to have: · experience in leading operational activities with supervisory responsibility · clear and present leadership that creates structure and engagement · strong customer focus and enjoy building long-term relationships · experience in planning, prioritizing, and solving problems in a high-pace operation · belief in people's development potential and motivation to help others grow · Upper secondary education · Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written · Class B driving license · Experience in facility maintenance is desirable Beyond solid knowledge, however, it is our values that allow our leaders to thrive and do good work over time.
