What the Position Entails
As Work Supervisor / Depot Manager / Site Manager you have overall responsibility for operations, personnel and implementation of the business.
Your main tasks:
Lead and plan operations and ensure efficient production
Responsible for budget, forecast and financial follow-up
Ensure that work complies with laws, regulations and quality requirements
Allocate resources and coordinate teams and deliveries
Work with improvement of processes, routines and work environment
Participate in operational activities as needed
Handle administration such as documentation, procurement and follow-up
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience as a work supervisor, site manager or project manager within construction, logistics, transport, electrical, plumbing or similar fields
Has good understanding of project management, economics and resource planning
Is accustomed to working close to production in an operational role
Is structured, clear and solution-oriented in your leadership
Has good collaboration skills and communicates well with various professional roles
Has experience working to schedule and budget
