Now we are looking for two committed construction foremen at Peab in the areas of construction or concrete who want to take a central role in this development. As a foreman with us, you will have the opportunity to lead projects that make a real difference for people and communities. About the Role As a foreman, you are responsible for planning, leading, and following up on the daily work in our projects. You work closely with the site manager, skilled workers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure that production is carried out safely, efficiently, and with high quality. Your tasks include: Planning and coordinating production Leading and allocating daily work Following up on quality, work environment, and finances Coordinating with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors Active work on safety and continuous improvements Who are You? We are looking for someone with experience in production management within construction or concrete operations who enjoys taking responsibility and leading people toward common goals. To succeed in this role, we would like to see that you: Have construction technical education or equivalent experience Have experience from construction or concrete production Have good planning ability and business-oriented thinking Have a B-level driver's license Are structured, engaged, and solution-oriented We place great emphasis on your personal qualities and your ability to create engagement, collaboration, and good results.
