Job Description At Peab Operations & Maintenance, we work with the care and maintenance of parks, green areas, streets and other public environments, as well as assignments for property companies. Within our contracts, we have overall responsibility for the operational areas, which means a broad spectrum of work tasks such as cleaning, supervision, green area management, grass trimming and winter road maintenance. We also perform service work and minor construction work for both municipal and private customers. We are now looking for a driven and experienced Work Supervisor to join our team. About the Role: As a Work Supervisor, you are responsible for planning, leading and distributing daily work within your area. You ensure that our assignments are performed according to contracts, maintenance plans and customer expectations. To succeed in the role, you need to be attentive, present and have a talent for building good relationships with customers, colleagues and partners. With engaging and down-to-earth leadership, you create conditions for high quality, a good working environment and strong teamwork within the work group. You have independent responsibility for your own contracts and serve as an important link between the client, skilled workers and the enterprise. The role also involves following up, documenting and quality assuring completed work to ensure efficient operations and delivery of high quality. Qualifications: You should have education in a relevant field such as horticultural/landscape engineering, and several years of documented experience as a work supervisor in the industry. You should have worked with similar tasks that are part of the role. Experience with construction work and green maintenance in property management is a merit. Good computer skills are required as administrative tasks are also included. You must be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. A driver's license for a car is a requirement. Since daily work involves extensive contact with various stakeholders, we see that you are flexible and service-oriented while having high social competence and ease in collaboration. You make a professional impression and have a talent for building trust. You have good communication skills and your leadership is clear, present and enthusiastic.
