Peab Byggservice AB in Stockholm is seeking a driven site supervisor who wants to help shape the future of construction projects. Here you will have the opportunity to lead engaged teams and develop your expertise Primary Responsibilities This position involves daily supervision of skilled workers and subcontractors in ongoing building service operations and projects. You report to your site manager who is located in the same office. Examples of work include repair and maintenance work, renovations, kitchen installations, roof and window replacements, as well as extensions and additions. We offer secure employment with significant responsibility. Who Are You? We are looking for someone who has: At least 3 years of experience with construction, renovation and building projects, smaller building service operations with project sizes around 5–20 mkr Currently working as a site supervisor within building services and experienced in leading employees and subcontractors Good understanding of project economics, experience with preparing estimates and forecasting Knowledge of contract law and time and logistics planning For this position, you also need a valid driver's license (category B) and good computer skills. As a person, you are driven by professional development, skilled at building relationships, and have strong communication abilities. You are also comfortable interacting with clients and customers as this is part of your daily work. Furthermore, you are accustomed to taking significant responsibility and driving work forward.
