Work Supervisor

Job Responsibilities Assist the Site Manager in ongoing work and monitor the project across all aspects of the production process: startup, implementation, and completion. Ensure that projects are executed according to customer expectations regarding technical performance, quality, environment, workplace conditions, laws, and agreements. Manage workplace safety issues at job sites in accordance with the company's objectives and action plans. Participate in developing schedules and monitoring adherence to them. Assist with work preparations together with project personnel. Approve timesheets for your own staff. Contribute to ensuring that budgets and bids align with decision-making procedures and profitability targets. Prepare production budgets, review invoices, and financial statements. Responsible for financial reconciliation of projects together with the Site Manager. Participate in bids and business agreements, project reviews, construction meetings, and client closeout meetings. Optimally allocate resources within projects and assignments. Participate in project closeout according to applicable procedures and share lessons learned within the site organization. Qualifications Experience as a work supervisor in earthworks and infrastructure construction. Post-secondary education of at least two years is a merit. Strong knowledge of engineering, production, and production economics. Experience with personnel management and leading construction operations. Knowledge of the entire contracting process in earthworks and infrastructure projects. Knowledge of IT tools. Swedish and English, spoken and written. Class B driver's license.
