We're looking for someone who loves food, people, and sales, and wants to be part of our great team at Willys Hemma Nora Prästgatan! In short, the position means you contribute to helping our customers shop for good and sustainable food at really good prices, while being prepared to take the step to become an assistant manager.
The position: Permanent employment, full-time. Probation applies.
Start date: August 31, 2026, or by agreement.
Working hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.
Requirements: Upper secondary education, good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but due to the Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 Chapter 8 and Appendix 2, we do not hire persons under 18 years of age due to the nature of the work tasks.
Here's a bit more about the position:
You are a team player with more responsibility to lead, allocate, and prioritize than other store employees, but without personnel responsibility.
Of course, you participate in the daily operational store work.
You learn the knowledge and skills required to eventually take on a role as an assistant manager. This is a springboard for advancing your Willys career with the goal of becoming a future assistant manager, team lead, or perhaps eventually store manager.
You work goal-oriented to develop the store's sales, profitability, and other important key metrics.
You are part of the store's management team and have the assistant manager's job description on your development plan. You practice the skills you have learned through work and training.
You are a role model in meeting our customers with knowledge, tact, and a big smile.
