Your assignment as a work supervisor As a work supervisor at Svevia, you will have an important role in our construction projects. You will be responsible for leading and coordinating work on-site to ensure that the project progresses according to plan, as well as creating and following up on schedules. An important part is conducting quality work preparations together with your team and holding regular meetings with internal staff and subcontractors. A work supervisor at Svevia is accustomed to handling invoice review, logbooks, notifications, and other quality documentation. You will be part of a larger supervisory area where the focus will be on projects in Östergötland. This means that you may need to be out on projects from Monday to Thursday depending on where the project is located in the region. Who are you? To be successful in your role, we consider it self-evident that you have experience in the role of work supervisor within construction and infrastructure projects, either with a focus on earthwork or concrete. As a person, you are proactive, solve problems, and tackle the challenges and changes that arise in daily work. That you communicate well in spoken and written Swedish, have computer skills, and hold a B driver's license we consider self-evident.
