Your role as operations manager
As an operations manager at Svevia, you are the driving force in our operations and handle day-to-day management. The focus of your work lies on planning, implementation, and follow-up of assigned tasks with emphasis on operations and maintenance work. During the snow-free season, you may also manage smaller earthwork and construction projects within the operations area.
Your role also includes supporting the site manager in daily work such as customer contacts, production management, financial monitoring, and invoicing. No two days will be the same, and you have significant responsibility and freedom to independently plan your day based on the client's contract and Svevia's work methods.
The position includes summer and winter readiness with responsibility to call out snowplow and anti-icing units. This is a permanent position starting by agreement. We use individual salary setting. The position is based within the operations area with possible placement at an office in Linköping or Norrköping.

To be a suitable candidate for the operations manager position, we would like you to have:
Experience in leading personnel within operations and maintenance, or alternatively in road and construction work
Category B driver's license
Fluent Swedish in speech and writing and good computer skills.
Meritorious: Category C license.
