About the Position
As a construction supervisor with us, you will have an important and central role. You will assist the site manager and plan, lead, and allocate work to our craftspeople within construction.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with construction technical education and/or relevant work experience that we consider equivalent. You have previous experience in the role of construction supervisor within construction production. You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and a B-class driver's license is required.
Personal Qualities
As a person, you are driven and engaged, and you enjoy working both independently and as part of a team. You have strong leadership qualities and the ability to build trust with colleagues, clients, and the public. You are comfortable making decisions, planning and organizing your work, and you thrive with problem-solving.
