As a construction superintendent with the company, you will have a central role on the construction site and work with multidisciplinary projects, with responsibility for both the practical work and ensuring that the project stays on schedule, within budget, and meets quality standards. You will regularly collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other parties on site, as well as verify that work is performed according to drawings, technical requirements, and quality standards.
To succeed in this role, you have:
At least 5 years of experience as a construction superintendent in building
Experience with multidisciplinary projects
Swedish and English spoken and written fluency
Driver's license (Category B)
