Your Responsibilities In your role as team leader, you are an important part of both the daily work at the after-school care program and in the school's development. You work closely with students and contribute to making their time in after-school care safe, stimulating, and meaningful. As part of your assignment, you participate in the school's development group. Here you actively take part in systematic quality work and contribute the after-school care perspective to the school's shared development issues. You will also be part of a research project, where you have a unique opportunity to develop your professional role together with a researcher-trained teacher in an ongoing project at the after-school care program. Your Qualifications We are looking for you who are a certified teacher with credentials to work in after-school care. If you also have credentials to teach visual arts, that is a merit. Through your commitment, you create meaningful activities for our students and are a safe and present adult in their daily lives. You have a genuine desire to develop the operation and courage to bring forward your ideas and thoughts. If you have previously worked as a team leader, we see that as a positive.
