Employment Consultant Lumena The Lumena unit offers open services for employment or studies to all residents of Södertälje Municipality. The operation has three focus areas. Alis is our regular service that provides support to young adults between 18-29 years old. Own Path for Youth is an ESF-funded project that provides support to young adults 18-21 years old from particularly disadvantaged areas. Lumena +, a sub-project in a regional ESF-funded collaboration project between Region Stockholm, the Swedish Public Employment Service, the Social Insurance Agency and Södertälje Municipality for the target group 30-64 years old. In our operations, we work based on the evidence-based methods Individual Placement and Support (IPS), Supported Education, and Case Management (CM). We employ mentors and employment consultants. We are now seeking an employment consultant for the Lumena+ project. The position is a project-based employment until and including 20281231 Your responsibilities: You support participants, based on their own wishes to choose, obtain and maintain employment or studies. The support is tailored individually. You build relationships with employers and continuously develop your own matching skills. The method we work with is called IPS, Individual Placement and Support (you can read more on the Social Board's website). The method helps us in daily work both with principles for our work and a clear structure. An important part of the work involves developing cooperation with various employers. The position is directed at the target group 30-64 years old who wish support with employment or studies. You contribute to the development of the project. Who are you? You have experience working with people in need of support and enjoy building relationships with employers. As an employment consultant, you are a support for the participant and therefore need the ability to create confidence and trust. You are driven by supporting participants toward empowerment through employment or studies and have strong confidence in participants' ability to find work. You have knowledge of mental health and how different life circumstances affect us and can tailor your support based on the participant's individual needs. To thrive with us, it is an advantage if you enjoy contributing to development. Requirements: - You have higher education in behavioral science, occupational therapy or equivalent education in the field - You have experience working with people with mental disabilities - You enjoy working at companies with participants and can build up support in the work situation together with employers and participants. Merits: - You have practical experience and training in the IPS method. - You have experience with rehabilitation work methods.
