Now you have the chance to become part of our team at Employment Initiatives, as we're looking for a work instructor for the areas of manual cleaning and bookkeeping. The target group of Employment Initiatives consists of people between 18 and 65 years old with long-term unemployment, psychosocial, substance abuse, and/or health-related obstacles. The primary mission of the activity is to promote the individual based on their conditions to achieve basic work prerequisites and eventually achieve self-sufficiency. With us you will meet individuals who participate in the activity's initiatives with different knowledge levels and experiences, which requires both responsiveness and flexibility. You will become part of a broad work team consisting of a unit manager, group leaders, employment specialists/work consultants, coordinators, supervisors, work instructors, and an administrator. Through close collaboration between our different professions, we create a holistic perspective and joint support for the individuals who participate in our initiatives. To promote sustainable balance, there is also some flexibility in working hours. Your role As a work instructor with us, you have a key role in guiding individuals in daily work. Through active and responsive supervision, you adapt work tasks based on each person's unique conditions to increase the individual's work prerequisites toward sustainable employment. Daily work takes place in close collaboration with colleagues, and in the role you are responsible for planning incoming assignments and managing daily staffing. This includes ongoing dialogue with our clients and regular reporting. The work also involves continuous follow-ups together with colleagues, group leaders, and work consultants, where the individual's progress is measured against the individual goals in their own implementation plan. Your competence and experience We're looking for you who have: *post-secondary education such as vocational college or education with a behavioral science orientation/social work/care or education that the employer deems equivalent. *good computer skills *good ability to express yourself in Swedish verbally and in writing *B-class driver's license and good driving skills It is advantageous if you have several years of current experience with similar work tasks and experience in social work within a similar activity. We're looking for you who are calm, stable, and communicative with good pedagogical ability. The work further requires that you are structured and have good planning and organizational ability. You have the ability to work independently and take your own initiative while maintaining good collaboration with your colleagues and partners. You have an empathetic and respectful manner and place the individual in focus with a high degree of commitment and perseverance. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
