Then you might be interested in working at Individkraft? About the Role Individkraft operates day activities for individuals covered by target group 1 under LSS. We also operate daily employment services under SOL. We are seeking temporary supervisors who can work in both operations. We primarily work with creative tasks such as crafts, art, music, gaming, and data/media. In addition, we offer wellness activities in various forms. In this role, you will plan and implement activities with participants in group settings. Together, you will create a positive environment for meaningful and developmental employment and an enjoyable social context. You will work in a supportive, training, and motivating manner to guide and help participants work toward their individual goals. The work requires you to be skilled at motivating and inspiring, and finding creative solutions. You will also provide support during activities, where you should "identify" those who need extra staff support to perform their tasks. You will also work with individuals with various disabilities and provide practical support with activities of daily living, such as personal hygiene, dressing, and meals. About You We are looking for someone with upper secondary education in care work, preferably with a focus on disabilities, or other education that the employer considers equivalent. Alternatively, post-secondary education in one of our areas of operation. You should feel confident in your role and have at least 3 years of experience working with this target group. You should feel comfortable managing challenging behavior. If you have experience in one or more of our activities, such as crafts, wellness, data/media, gaming, art, or music, that is a significant asset. It is desirable if you have pedagogical training and education in communication, such as TAKK. An important part of your work is maintaining social documentation. It is therefore necessary that you have excellent command of Swedish, both spoken and written. You feel comfortable working independently and can be flexible based on our participants' wishes and needs. You are unpretentious, curious, have a positive attitude, and enjoy collaborating. You thrive in a dynamic environment and find it easy to prioritize. You need the ability to listen and understand other people's situations, and you have good empathetic abilities. You enjoy working in a structured, quality-conscious, and solution-focused manner based on each participant's individual needs.
