At the Recycling Shop, we offer daily activities according to LSS and employment according to SoL. Together with our participants, we run an appreciated shop where reuse, community and development are in focus. Through meaningful work tasks, health-promoting activities and participation in society, we create conditions for each individual to develop based on their own circumstances.
WHAT DOES YOUR ROLE AS WORK SUPERVISOR ENTAIL?
With us, you get to work in an operation where social sustainability meets environmental sustainability. Through reuse, work in a shop environment and meaningful employment, you contribute to both individual development and a more sustainable society. As a work supervisor, you plan, lead and participate in daily work together with the participants. You create structure, motivate and provide individual support based on each person's needs and circumstances.
The work includes, among other things:
guiding participants in the shop's various work tasks
creating participation, development and meaningful employment
documenting and following up interventions based on implementation plans
cooperating with colleagues, support pedagogue and other relevant parties
contributing to the operation's quality and development work
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
You who are applying have:
documented education in care and welfare with a focus on LSS or other equivalent education
experience of working with people with neuropsychiatric disabilities and/or within social psychiatry
good ability to express yourself in Swedish in speech and writing
good data and documentation skills
B-category driving license
It is meritorious if you have education in and/or experience with:
Clarifying pedagogy
Low-affect handling
MI (Motivational Interviewing)
Supported Employment
As a person, you are secure, responsible and have a personal maturity that allows you to create trusting relationships. You have a positive outlook, genuine commitment to the target group and a pedagogical approach where you adapt support based on the individual's needs and circumstances.
You have experience providing structured and individually adapted support and enjoy working together with others. You actively contribute to good cooperation, support your colleagues and treat participants, relatives and cooperation partners with respect and responsiveness.
The work requires that you can remain calm, be flexible and find solutions even when circumstances change. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
