ABOUT THE JOB We are now looking for a work supervisor for daily activities. Within daily activities, we work with people who need support and as a work supervisor in Lycksele Municipality you will have an exciting and challenging job. You will be a work supervisor for individuals who have functional variation and have been granted daily activities according to LSS, the Act on Support and Service. Your job is to be creative and find meaningful activities and engagement for our participants. You should center the individuals and provide support so that their own abilities develop. Working hours are Monday - Friday. We are looking for you who are trained as a nursing assistant, education support specialist, support assistant or have other education that the employer considers equivalent. You have knowledge from working with people who have functional variation and preferably experience of similar work. We see it as a merit to have experience/knowledge of working with cognitive aids. The position also requires computer skills and a class B driver's license. As a person, you adapt easily and prioritize work tasks according to current conditions. You are confident in your professional role, have a strong sense of responsibility, good teamwork ability and enjoy new challenges.
