At the Employment Services Unit, we work with various forms of labor market initiatives for labor market entry, work-oriented daily activities, and coordination of migration initiatives for faster establishment of new Åstorp residents. To the Employment Services Unit, we are now seeking a driven, creative, and engaged practical instructor with experience in work-oriented daily activities. You support participants in their development by creating meaningful work tasks and a safe, motivating work environment. This position is a fixed-term employment with working hours Monday–Friday 08:00–15:00. Work-oriented daily activities aim to promote participation in society and contribute to personal development based on participants' own conditions. As an instructor within the activity, you will guide and educate participants in the basic competencies required to get a job, both independently and together with other staff members. You will guide participants in their daily occupations in our Resource department. You proceed from each individual's specific needs and conditions. Challenge and support. Documentation and monitoring of competency development among participants occurs continuously. You should be able to convey knowledge about working life and work culture, and support and motivate participants to take the step to relocated daily activities or employment. To succeed, it is important that you enjoy practical work while having a genuine interest in people and their development. We work with language development based on practical work. Our work environment requires that you are unpretentious, have good physical fitness, are resourceful, and can inspire others. Qualifications Secondary education Education as a support pedagogue or other education deemed equivalent Experience guiding people with various functional variations within a practical activity Knowledge of labor market needs and good societal awareness Ability to build good relationships Very good ability to communicate verbally and in writing Unrestricted use of digital work tools As a person, we want you to Be pedagogical, patient, and action-oriented Have good collaboration skills and flexibility Be a problem-solver Be skilled at inspiring and motivating others What we offer: · Competency development as needed · 2,000 kronor in wellness allowance per year · Digital introduction for new employees Salary form: Monthly salary.
