Then we need you. Job Responsibilities As a Work Supervisor with sociopedagogical competence, you step right into the heart of rehabilitation work. Here you work closely with colleagues, staff, and participants who need individualized support, and you help make their everyday life safer, more enjoyable, and more independent. You support and encourage our staff and hold the work together so everyone pulls in the same direction. The cafeteria at Nynäshamns gymnasium is a small but very dynamic workplace with many meetings every day. Here service and practical work are combined with a clear sociopedagogical mission. You become part of the team at Aktivitetshuset Idun and work closely with both colleagues, participants, and other activities. As a work supervisor, you are responsible for creating structure and safety in the daily work in the cafeteria. You guide and support people who are far from the labor market and help them develop their abilities, take responsibility, and grow in their role. This can involve both work training participants and staff with adapted employment. Your work includes: guiding and supporting participants and staff in daily work planning and distributing work tasks in a clear and pedagogical manner contributing to the development of functional routines and working methods managing purchasing, inventory flow, and practical planning in the cafeteria ensuring good food hygiene, order, and quality collaborating with colleagues in the cafeteria, at Idun, and with gymnasium staff creating a welcoming and functional cafeteria environment for students and staff This work suits you if you enjoy combining people, structure, and practical tasks. About the Workplace The Business and Labor Market Administration's mission is to strengthen Nynäshamn municipality as an attractive place for entrepreneurs. We meet the need for competence by offering education to young people and adults at Nynäshamns gymnasium and Campus Nynäshamn. We also work to increase opportunities for people who are far from the labor market to establish themselves or return to working life. In addition, we work to promote access to cultural and recreational activities for all residents. The Activation Unit works to create pathways for people who are far from the labor market. Within the unit, we offer support, work training, and activities that strengthen individuals' ability to move toward work, studies, or other employment. The position is part of Aktivitetshuset Idun and is located in the cafeteria at Nynäshamns gymnasium, where practical work, service, and supervision are combined. What We're Looking For in You To succeed in this role, you have: at minimum education from a vocational college in social work, such as a support educator or sociopedagogue experience working with people with functional variation and complex issues good knowledge of the Swedish language B-category driver's license, an absolute requirement. It is advantageous if you have: experience in work supervision experience coaching and guiding individuals in a work rehabilitation process as well as knowledge in the labor market field specific methodological knowledge and experience in MI (Motivational Interviewing) specific methodological knowledge and experience in SE (Supported Employment).
