About the role Individkraft operates daily activity services for individuals covered under LSS category 1. We primarily work with creative activities such as crafts, art, music, gaming, and data/media. In addition, we offer wellness activities in various forms. In this role, you will plan and implement activities with participants both in groups and individually. Together, you will create a positive environment for meaningful and developmental engagement and an enjoyable social context. You will work in a supportive, training, and motivating capacity to guide and assist participants in working toward their individual goals. The work requires that you are skilled at motivating and inspiring and finding creative solutions. You will also provide support during activities, where you will "reach out" to those who need additional staff support to complete their tasks. You will also work with individuals with various disabilities and provide practical support with activities of daily living, such as personal hygiene, dressing, and meals. About you We are looking for someone with upper secondary education in healthcare, preferably with a focus on disability, or another qualification that the employer considers equivalent. Alternatively, you may have post-secondary education in one of our activity areas. You should feel confident in your role and have at least 3 years of experience working with this target group. You should feel comfortable managing challenging behavior. If you have knowledge in one or more of our activities, such as crafts, wellness, data/media, gaming, art, or music, that is a significant asset. It is an advantage if you have pedagogical training and education in communication, for example TAKK. An important part of your work is maintaining social documentation. Therefore, it is necessary that you speak and write Swedish well. You feel comfortable working independently and can be flexible based on our participants' wishes and needs. You are unpretentious, curious, have a positive attitude, and enjoy collaborating. You thrive when things are happening and find it easy to prioritize. You need the ability to listen and understand other people's situations and have good empathetic abilities. You enjoy working in a structured, quality-conscious, and solution-focused manner based on each participant's individual needs.
