Kramfors Municipality is seeking a work supervisor for the Employment Unit. As the new activity requirement within financial assistance is introduced, municipalities are given an expanded mandate to offer meaningful activities that strengthen individuals' opportunities to move closer to work and studies. To meet the need and develop our operations, we are now seeking a work supervisor. To succeed in this role, we are looking for an independent person who takes responsibility for their tasks, works in a structured manner, and plans and performs their work autonomously. You need to have good collaboration skills and be responsive to participants' needs and wishes for support. Welcome to the Employment Unit! 1 position(s). WORK RESPONSIBILITIES As a work supervisor, you will have an important role in creating, developing, and implementing activities for participants in the Employment Unit. You work closely with participants in daily operations through guidance, motivation, and support, while also having the opportunity to influence how the operations should be designed and developed. The goal is to strengthen participants' work capacity, independence, and opportunities to move forward to work, studies, or other services. This is a position for someone who enjoys combining practical work with development work. Guide and support participants in various initiatives including establishing implementation plans. Plan and organize activities based on participants' needs and conditions. Contribute to developing arenas within the framework of the activity requirement. Participate in building up the operations and its routines. Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and motivating environment. Collaborate with colleagues, social services, the Public Employment Service, and other partners. Document and follow up on participants' development and progression. QUALIFICATIONS Have experience in supervision, coaching, work leadership, or working with people in change processes. Are engaged, solution-focused, clear in your leadership, collaboration-oriented, and enjoy varied work. Are initiative-taking and enjoy building and developing operations. Have a good ability to create structure and motivate others. Can motivate people with different backgrounds and conditions. Share our conviction that everyone has the potential to develop and move closer to self-sufficiency. Meriting are experience from labor market activities, education, rehabilitation, or other operations that work with people in change processes. You have a good ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing, good computer skills, and basic knowledge of the Office package. We place great emphasis on personal qualities and personal suitability. A class B driver's license is a requirement.
