Description of Operations Do you have ideas and are driven by challenges? As a work instructor in our daily activities program, you will plan and implement activities with participants both in groups and individually. You work in a supportive, training, and motivating manner to guide and help participants work toward their individual goals. The work requires that you are skilled at motivating and inspiring and finding creative solutions. You will work with people with various disabilities and provide practical support with personal hygiene, dressing, and meals. Your Assignment As a work instructor, you plan and implement activities together with participants, both individually and in groups. You work in a supportive, training, and motivating manner and guide participants in working toward their individual goals. You create structure and predictability in daily life through established routines and approaches and, together with your colleagues, adapt activities based on participants' needs and circumstances. Through professional and pedagogical interaction, you strengthen participants' opportunities for participation and independence. Your assignment also includes: providing practical support with, for example, personal hygiene, dressing, and meals organizing and planning daily work together with colleagues cooperating with the participant's network and other relevant stakeholders creating and developing contacts within and outside the municipality's operations contributing ideas and creative solutions to develop activities and operations. Your Competence and Experience Requirements Secondary education with a pedagogical focus or other education that the employer deems equivalent Knowledge of and experience with clear pedagogy and low-arousal interaction Knowledge of and experience using AAC as communication support B-level driver's license You have good skills in the Swedish language. You have computer proficiency. Meritorious Previous work in daily activities programs. Experience working with people with disabilities. Is This You? Salary Range 26 500-34 900 kr per month. Final salary is set individually based on education, experience, and the overall assessment of your competence.
