WORK TASKS The work supervisor's role is mainly to lead and distribute work in various work groups at Joar Socia. The groups consist of people who need employment/work training. Joar Socia is the social administration's work training unit with approximately 40 participants. At Joar Socia, the individual is in focus, and the goal for our participants is to get a job and achieve self-sufficiency. You plan and coordinate the work with other work supervisors. For us, collaboration is important both internally and externally. It is important that you are flexible and can adapt to both the operations and the participants' needs. QUALIFICATIONS You should have appropriate education, such as treatment assistant or equivalent education, or alternatively many years of experience and knowledge, both in practical work and treatment-oriented approaches. You should have a good ability to guide and support people, both in practical work and in the social contexts that a workplace consists of. For us, it is valuable if you have experience meeting people with cognitive impairments. You should have good knowledge of Swedish and a good ability to express yourself in both speech and writing. You must be prepared to submit an extract from the police's criminal record register. The extract is ordered by the job applicant themselves from the Police. B-category driver's license is required.
