The Care and Social Services Department works with various forms of advice, support, and care so that all residents can live as independent and good a life as possible. The department's areas of work can be divided as follows: elderly care, social psychiatry, disability services, family support, various forms of support for children, young people and families, financial assistance, substance abuse care, intimate partner violence, newly arrived residents, unaccompanied children, and prevention issues. 1 position(s). DUTIES Do you want to make a real difference for people on their journey toward employment and self-sufficiency? As a Work and Study Coach within the activity requirement program, you will have an important role where you inspire, support, and guide individuals toward new opportunities. You plan and implement meaningful activities that strengthen individuals' conditions to move closer to the job market. Together with committed colleagues, you ensure that the interventions maintain high quality, are legally sound, and adapted to each individual's needs. The work is characterized by close contact with participants and active collaboration with both internal and external partners, which creates good opportunities to make a real difference. You will become part of a dedicated team focused on the activity requirement, where you work together to develop approaches, share experiences, and contribute to more people reaching their goals. Here you have a meaningful assignment where you can positively influence people's futures every day. QUALIFICATIONS • You have relevant post-secondary education • You have experience supporting people through change using a coaching, motivating, and solution-focused work approach • You are skilled at building trusting relationships, creating engagement, and strengthening individuals' ability to reach their goals. Additional merits if you have: • Experience in social work within organizations governed by laws and regulations. • Experience meeting and supporting people in vulnerable life situations or far from the job market. • Experience working in cross-functional teams. Employment form: Permanent employment. The position is a full-time permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period. The municipality applies individual salary setting.
