Job Description
As a working foreman, you'll have an important role in daily operations. You'll combine hands-on work in production with responsibility for coordinating, planning, and supporting the work team. No two days are the same, and you'll be the natural point of contact when questions arise, priorities need to be set, or production needs to change pace.
You have an overall perspective on the workflow and work closely with both employees and management to ensure that quality, deliveries, and work environment maintain a high standard.
In this role, you will, among other things:
* Be part of the daily work out in production
* Create structure and clarity in the team's daily activities
* Coordinate work tasks and ensure proper staffing throughout the day
* Monitor that production maintains the right quality and delivers according to plan
* Support colleagues with technical and practical questions
* Contribute to a safe work environment and good teamwork
* Identify improvement opportunities and drive development of working methods and procedures
* Function as the link between production and company management
We're Looking for You
with experience from the wood industry, manufacturing, or other production operations. You understand the production environment, are comfortable with responsibility, and enjoy getting people to work together toward common goals.
