At Derome Träteknik, we manufacture wooden packaging and work with a focus on quality, safety, and efficient work processes. As a working foreman, you'll become a central part of our daily operations. You'll work operatively in production while serving as an important link between production and management.
Your main responsibilities include:
Actively participate in daily production work.
Lead and distribute daily tasks and plan staffing and production.
Ensure quality, safety, and efficient deliveries in production.
Onboard and support employees and contribute to a well-functioning work team.
Drive improvements to work methods and processes in close collaboration with production management and other functions.
We're looking for someone with:
Experience from the wood industry, manufacturing, or other production operations.
Meritorious is experience in work leadership, or a desire to take the next step in a leadership role.
Good technical understanding and an interest in production.
Ability to plan, prioritize, and make decisions.
Strong collaboration skills and positive leadership.
Good Swedish proficiency, both spoken and written.
