Within Business Unit Tech (formerly H2M), approximately 250 employees work with technical property management and administration. Through knowledge, creativity and collaboration, we create better conditions for smarter property management, where the whole picture is in focus. The position involves the following work tasks: You will be part of a cohesive team of four people working on a classified assignment (class 1). In your role as working operations manager, you are both an active part of the daily work and the person leading the team on-site. You will be responsible for and be able to perform most technical work such as preventive, corrective, and planned maintenance. The position includes: Manage the group in daily operations and create engagement Responsibility for and drive contracts toward set goals Administrative work related to our contracts Ensure delivery is in accordance with agreements and that our procedures are followed Support operations in daily operational management Who are you? You have: Post-secondary education in property technology, property management, or equivalent knowledge through experience At least 5 years of experience in technical property management At least 3 years of experience in work management Experience with independent work in different types of properties B-class driver's license Personal qualities We believe you are: Service-oriented and solutions-focused—you enjoy making a difference for the customer Technically interested and curious about using modern tools and methods Thorough, methodical, and confident in your professional role A team player who enjoys collaborating and sharing knowledge Please note that a special background investigation will be conducted before employment, as the assignment is classified.
