We are now recruiting several temporary substitute assistants for personal care assignments in Vellinge and Trelleborg. Working hours vary, including day shifts, evening shifts, night shifts, and weekend work. We have high standards for personal suitability and we require previous experience in personal assistance. Our personal care assignments function in different ways because the assistance is built around the specific client's individual needs. To function well in the role of personal assistant, you therefore need to be flexible and empathetic. Other personal qualities we are looking for are that you are responsible and respectful. A driver's license is required. Employment terms are governed by the collective agreement between Fremia-Kommunal. Selection is ongoing. We look forward to receiving your application! One of our tasks as an assistance provider is to be the employer of our clients' personal assistants.
