We are currently looking for an engaged student who, alongside their studies, wants to work as a receptionist at Trygg-Hansa's office in Hyllie. As a receptionist, you will be the face of our company for internal and external customers and visitors. In a team of two, you will staff the reception combined with service tasks related to the office and employees. The position includes receiving internal and external customers and visitors. You will also be responsible for managing access cards and other security procedures at the office, as well as handling mail and packages and ordering office-related supplies and products for the business. You will work on-site in Hyllie during regular office hours Monday-Friday, and the position requires flexibility, where we would like to see that you are available to work two shifts per week. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We are looking for someone who: Is a student at least 50% Has previous experience working in reception and/or customer service with significant customer contact Has good computer and system skills Has very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written As a person, you are engaged, have a high level of service, and believe in providing an exceptional customer experience. You do this by having a positive attitude and solution-focused approach, low ego, and pleasant and professional demeanor toward both internal staff, external customers, and suppliers. You enjoy performing tasks independently as well as collaborating with your colleagues. Furthermore, we see that you enjoy working with a variety of both simpler and more complex tasks, and you have an easy time understanding and adopting systems and technology.
