Now you have the opportunity to become one of our technicians in the team responsible for operations, maintenance, and development of Trafikverket's Windows environments, while we take steps toward more cloud-based and automated ways of working. Work Tasks You will be part of a skilled data center team that produces high-quality services within server, network, storage, and backup. You and your colleagues work with operations and management of the Windows server platform, but also with developing, improving, and automating ways of working. In this role, you contribute to our ambition to move toward modern platforms, cloud solutions, and automation where improvement work becomes an important part of the assignment. You will work with installation, configuration, hardening, troubleshooting, and remediation in our Windows environments. You are also expected to help identify improvement areas and automate recurring work tasks, for example through scripts or other tools. You work independently with great responsibility and have daily contact with the team, other teams, administrators, and suppliers. In the work, on-call duties with dispatcher role as well as standby on evenings and weekends may occur. We want you to do well and you will receive thorough onboarding so you can settle into the job smoothly. Qualifications Who Are You? We Are Looking for You If You have a technical education at least at high school level, or alternatively other education or experience that Trafikverket considers equivalent have current, relevant, and several years of work experience in operations and management of Windows Server On-Prem have current and relevant experience with Microsoft Azure, or alternatively another modern cloud service that Trafikverket considers equivalent have current and relevant work experience automating work tasks through scripts, or alternatively other experience that Trafikverket considers equivalent have good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing It Is Meritorious If You have current and relevant work experience with virtual servers, networks, identity services, and/or platform services in Microsoft Azure have current and relevant work experience with Powershell for automating work tasks in operations have current and relevant experience working with Windows clusters, or alternatively other work experience that Trafikverket considers equivalent Other Information The position is placed in a security classification.
