Now you have the chance to become one of our technicians in the team responsible for operations, maintenance, and development of Trafikverket's Windows environments, while we take steps toward more cloud-based and automated ways of working. Job Responsibilities You will be part of a qualified data center team that produces high-quality services within server, network, storage, and backup. You and your colleagues work with operations and management of the Windows server platform, as well as with developing, optimizing, and automating workflows. In this role, you contribute to our ambition to move toward modern platforms, cloud solutions, and automation where improvement work becomes an important part of the assignment. You will work with installation, configuration, hardening, troubleshooting, and remediation in our Windows environments. You are also expected to help identify improvement areas and automate recurring tasks, for example through scripts or other tools. You work independently with great responsibility and have daily contact with the team, other teams, administrators, and suppliers. Your work may include on-call duty with a dispatcher role as well as on-call availability in the evenings and on weekends. We Are Looking for You If You have a technical degree at least at upper secondary school level, or alternatively other education or experience that Trafikverket considers equivalent have current, relevant, and several years of work experience in operations and management of Windows Server On-Prem have current and relevant experience working with Microsoft Azure, or alternatively another modern cloud service that Trafikverket considers equivalent have current and relevant work experience automating tasks through scripts, or alternatively other experience that Trafikverket considers equivalent have good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing It Is Meritorious If You have current and relevant work experience with virtual servers, networking, identity services, and/or platform services in Microsoft Azure have current and relevant work experience with PowerShell for automating tasks within operations have current and relevant experience working with Windows clusters, or alternatively other work experience that Trafikverket considers equivalent Additional Information The position is placed in a security classification. Employment requires a passed result in a security clearance, which is conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Security Protection Act (2018:585).
