Your daily responsibilities include assortment management, profitability, campaign planning, and ordering. You ensure that the store's displays and campaigns are well-stocked and that the store is always clean and attractive to customers. You are responsible for daily operations.
You will continuously work on developing the department together with your team to create attractive and sales-driving retail spaces.
To succeed in this position, you need to enjoy working at a fast pace, work well both independently and in groups. You have strong interpersonal skills and ensure that the store's customers always receive the best service. ⭐️Skills and Qualifications

You are skilled at working efficiently and personally. You are confident and a good communicator. You have previous documented experience from ICA or another grocery retail store. You are proficient with AOB and Min Butik or similar systems. You see your near future in retail. You are thorough and reliable. You are in good physical condition and driven by sales and customer satisfaction.
