Vimmerby Mässhallar AB is seeking a plumber for our property management team Are you a trained plumber or do you have several years of experience in the trade? Parts of the real estate portfolio consist of the commercial premises belonging to MaterialMännen AB in Vimmerby, Västervik, Oskarshamn, Valdemarsvik, Tranås and Eksjö, as well as several rental properties in Vimmerby belonging to Vimmerby Mässhallar AB. We have a team of about twenty facility managers and tradespeople with broad and solid professional expertise. We are proud of our team. Here, people with different backgrounds, experiences and cultures work together. Many of our employees have been with us for many years and our staff turnover is very low. Could this be a team for you to thrive in? ABOUT THE JOB As a plumber with us, you work on ongoing maintenance, repairs and installations within our own real estate portfolio. Work days vary and you work both independently and together with colleagues in other trades. There is a lot of knowledge and experience in the team – and we help each other when needed. We're looking for you who: are a trained plumber or have several years of experience in the trade are self-driven and take responsibility for your work love problem-solving and varied work days are a team player who contributes to the group have a B-class driver's license For us, the right person is just as important as the right experience.
