The City Service Administration has an important and exciting mission to deliver, coordinate, and develop services for residents and administrations in the City of Mölndal. The administration has approximately 550 employees and is organized into four operational areas: meals and facility services, water and recycling, city maintenance, and administration and customer service.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Are you a chef with solid experience and great commitment who wants to make a difference? We are now seeking 2 chefs for our team at Lackarebäck Care and Service Housing.
The work includes preparing nutritious, safe, and delicious meals of high quality. You should have knowledge of the Food Agency's guidelines. It is desirable if you have good knowledge of food allergies. You and your colleagues work to develop and improve the meal experience daily. Responsiveness and customer service toward colleagues and clients are a natural working approach for you.
In addition to traditional cooking, the work includes:
• Purchasing via Proceedo, which is the city's ordering system.
• Maintaining good structure and logistics in your daily work.
• Following HACCP programs that ensure the quality of our production.
• Participating in the development of new menus
QUALIFICATIONS
You should have a 3-year culinary education or other education deemed equivalent by the employer. It is meritorious if you have experience working in large kitchens with a focus on elder care. Good computer skills are a requirement. Good knowledge of special diets and texture-adapted food is desirable.

You should be engaged, creative, service-oriented, and see opportunities. That you have good cooperation skills with both customers, guests, and colleagues is a prerequisite for the operation.
